On the public site we collect what you send us: your name and contact details when you use the chat agent or email us, and the content of those messages. We also collect basic analytics about page visits (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type) through Google Analytics.

In the client portal we store the business and project information needed to deliver the service: business name, contact person, package, project status, payments, and any account credentials you choose to share so we can set up your tools. Credentials are stored encrypted, never in plain text.

We use contact information to reply to you, follow up on a project, and provide the service you asked for. We use analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful and to fix what is not. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below who help us run the business.

We rely on a small number of processors: a cloud host for the website and database, Google Analytics for traffic statistics, Resend for transactional email, and Anthropic to power the AI chat agent. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing forgegrowthdigital@gmail.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with a tracker-blocking extension without losing any site functionality. Clients can request export or deletion of their portal data at any time, subject to records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons.
